Clavicular / Upper Breathing


  • Sit in any meditative position with the spine and head erect.
  • Using the upper lobes of your lungs, inhale (Radhey) fully and let your shoulders and collarbones rise upward and backward.
  • Do not move the chest and abdominal area.
  • Now exhale (Krishna) slowly and come into the initial position.
