Procedure
- Come into Vajrasan progressively.
- Slightly unfold your left leg and rest the left foot on the floor near the inner side of the right knee.
- Gently raise your left hand, put the left elbow on the left knee and rest the chin on the left palm.
- Make sure your trunk and head stay well erect.
- Rest your right hand on your right knee, and then close your eyes.
- Hold the pose for as long as you are comfortable, with slow and even breathing.
- Gently return to Vajrasan and repeat the asan on the other side.
- On the breaths flowing in and out
- On keeping the spine and head erect
- On spontaneously remembering “Radhey Krishna” along with the exhalations and inhalations
