Simple Supine Pose

Procedure 
  • Lie down on your back, keeping the legs together.
  • Now outstretching the whole body, extend your arms along the sides of the body with palms touching the thighs.
  • Maintain the position with normal breathing.
Note: This is the initial position for all the supine postures.
